The big day is approaching! We are just a couple of days away from Marissa and Mike’s wedding day! Days before the wedding are almost always a mixture of emotions, excitement as you begin a new life together, as well wanting to have everything go as perfect as possible. All that stress will fade away once they celebrate with their loved ones, gathered together on their special day.
Today I wanted to share these beautiful photos again, as a reminder of the happiness and love and to take a time to breathe in between. A time to remember the joy that is coming ahead. Planning your wedding during this season will be full of joy, yet can be overwhelming, especially with the 2020 being the year that it is!
Marissa and Mike will be having a very intimate ceremony with their loved ones. They will exchange their vows and will say yes to forever! I can not wait to be there to meet the family and photograph their beautiful day💗

A lot can change in just two weeks. I was able to photograph my last engagement session before all the craziness from the Coronavirus. Today I wanted to share some of my favorites from Alyxa and David’s Engagement session, a lot of LOVE from this beautiful couple to bright your Friday with positivity during these hard times due to the Coronavirus.
I love getting together with my couples, spending time with them not only photographing their beautiful engagement photos but also getting to know them, getting them comfortable in front of the camera and of course creating something they are proud to show and share with their family, friends and loved ones!

I photographed my brother's proposal!
This session has a special place in my heart, my brother and soon to be wife Haz are welcoming Luciana in just a couple of days, my niece, I am going to be an auntie! I can't wait to meet you Lucianita!
My brother surprised me with his fiancé here in the U.S, he flew and I did not even know, my Mom was here with me for my fertility treatment and she and my husband kept the secret well. I am glad they did! Going through a medical treatment can bring a lot of anxiety and the Lord knew what my heart needed. They were here to support me, to bring comfort, emotional support, they showed up, they were here for me, that was an answer to a prayer, thank you, Jesus!
It was God's plan to bring healing and joy to our home, God knew how much we needed this time together as a family. After being away for almost 4 years. Being away from family is hard, especially when they live in Colombia, but this was the best and most special gift to me. I will be forever thankful and grateful for the beautiful memories we created as a family. Only if Daddy could be here, we miss him more than ever, abuelito in heaven, you would be very proud.
I treasure these moments together, my heart was full when I had my Mom, my brother and Haz here. I am grateful I had the incredible opportunity and blessing to be a part of this special moment in their lives. It was so exciting to plan this beautiful morning with my Mom and my brother, of course, Haz had no idea what we were doing!
We planned to do a maternity portrait session during sunrise, and Javi my brother proposed, got down in one knee (we practice doing this the day before!) and ask Haz to marry him and spend the rest of her life with him! I can not describe the happiness I experienced when she said YES!!!!
Luciana has brought so much joy already and uncle Eddie and I can't wait to meet her! She will be a blessing for all of us, nonita (abuelita) is very excited for her first grandbaby! I am over the Moon, love you all so much, and we wish we could be there, but from the distance, we are praying and celebrating with you!

Esta sesión tiene un lugar especial en mi corazón, mi hermano y pronto para ser esposa haz están dando la bienvenida a Luciana en tan solo un par de días, mi sobrina, voy a ser tía! No puedo esperar a conocerte Lucianita!
Mi hermano me sorprendió con su prometido aquí en la U. S, él voló y yo ni siquiera lo sabía, mi mamá estaba aquí conmigo para mi tratamiento de fertilidad y ella y mi marido guardaron bien el secreto. Me alegro de que lo hayan hecho! Pasar por un tratamiento médico puede traer mucha ansiedad y el señor sabía lo que mi corazón necesitaba. Estaban aquí para apoyarme, para traer consuelo, apoyo emocional, aparecieron, estaban aquí para mí, esa fue una respuesta a una oración, gracias, Jesús!
Era el plan de Dios traer sanación y alegría a nuestro hogar, Dios sabía lo mucho que necesitábamos este tiempo juntos como una familia. Después de estar lejos durante casi 4 años. Estar lejos de la familia es difícil, especialmente cuando viven en Colombia, pero este fue el mejor y más especial regalo para mí. Estaré siempre agradecido y agradecido por los hermosos recuerdos que creamos como familia. Solo si papá pudiera estar aquí, lo echamos de menos más que nunca, abuelito Carlos Javier en el cielo, estarías muy orgulloso.
Atesoro estos momentos juntos, mi corazón estaba lleno cuando tenía a mi mamá, a mi hermano y Haz aquí. Estoy agradecido de haber tenido la increíble oportunidad y la bendición de ser parte de este momento tan especial en sus vidas. Fue tan emocionante planear esta hermosa mañana con mi mamá y mi hermano, por supuesto, haz no tenía ni idea de lo que estábamos haciendo!
Planeamos hacer una sesión de retrato de maternidad durante el amanecer, y Javi mi hermano propuso, se bajó en una rodilla (practicamos haciendo esto el día anterior!) y pedimos a haz que se case con él y pase el resto de su vida con él! No puedo describir la felicidad que experimenté cuando ella dijo que SI!!!!
Luciana ya ha traído tanta alegría y el tío Eddie y yo no podemos esperar a conocerla! Ella será una bendición para todos nosotros, nonita (abuelita) está muy emocionada por su primer nieto! Estoy sobre la luna, los amo tanto, y nos gustaría poder estar allí, pero desde la distancia, estamos orando y celebrando con ustedes!

Nothing but pure joy coming from these two! Michelle and Tristan's engagement session was amazing! So many favorites from this session. I love when my couples bring their fur babies to their sessions, and they love the camera and extra attention!
St Petersburg Florida has some of the most beautiful scenery and this time of the year the most perfect weather.
This session filled my heart with so much joy, I had the pleasure of photographing their beautiful engagement session, now these photos have given their friends and family a true glimpse of the joy and miracle that Tristan and Michelle found one another!

I had the pleasure of meeting Cori, her Fiance Jr, and their adorable 1-year-old Roran for their family portraits/Engagement session. They have been together for a little over 2 years now and currently planning their beautiful wedding and I can not wait to document and photograph their beautiful day at the Waller Ranch!
We met at Philippe Park located in Safety Harbor, Florida. We spend time together and I had the joy of photographing them together as a family, it is very special for me to be able to create memories for them in this very special time of their lives when they are celebrating being parents, engaged and excited for their upcoming wedding.
You make a wonderful couple. Wishing that this be just the start of a long and wonderful journey together as a family!!!

Melissa and Nelson made some extra time to have their engagement photos done before moving to NYC! We met at Dali Museum in Downtown St Petersburg and spent some time together, exploring, they had time to even practice for their first dance for a little while :)
They will be having an Opal Sands Wedding in Clearwater Beach next November and I can hardly wait for their big day and of course to work with my favorite vendors!
We had the perfect backdrop for a Floridian Engagement session, with palm trees, the marina, the beautiful waterfront and the breathtaking architecture of Salvador Dali Museum!

Chelsea and Paul engagement photos are on the blog! They came from Indiana for their engagement photos and visit vendors for their wedding next month in October! We had a great time, lots of smiles around as you can see. I am so glad they enjoyed their session, this was time not only to meet them in person before their big day but also for them to enjoy each other presence. I know wedding planning can be stressful sometimes and busy but you have to remember that at end of the day, it is just you two and the memories you create with your loved ones.
They were so into each other and just having fun, spending time together, this engagement session is more than just taking photos together, it is quality time with each other, the good times, the experience I want you to remember for years to come!
