This surprise proposal was photographed before sunset in Downtown Tampa with a beautiful view of the city of Tampa right outside American Social and the Westin Tampa Waterside Hotel.
Joe's Mom helped organize a surprise dinner and engagement party at the American Social. Of course, Shannon had no idea what was going to happen. Joe told her they would go out for dinner with his brother and wife. They were going out on a double date while everyone was waiting at the American Social in Tampa Bay for the surprise proposal!
Both of their families were waiting, watching the whole surprise engagement proposal from the balcony while joyfully expecting to celebrate with the newly engaged couple!
